Staff
Dr. Gloria B. Nemeroff, Au. D,
director of Diagnostic Services of Houston/Houston Hearing, has provided
the Houston community with her services for over 30 years. She initiated
and directed Diagnostic Services of Houston in 1985 after working at the
Houston Speech and Hearing Center and a Houston otolaryngology practice.
She has provided consultation and services in a variety of facilities
and has considerable experience with all age groups from infants to geriatrics.
Dr. Nemeroff obtained her Doctor of Audiology degree from Pennsylvania
College of Optometry, School of Audiology, a Masters Degree in Clinical
Audiology from Columbia University, she holds a Certificate of Clinical
Competence in Audiology from the American Speech, Language and Hearing
Association. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiologists,
Academy of Dispensing Audiologists, American Tinnitus Association, and
a member of the Texas Speech and Hearing Association, Association of Houston
Audiologists. She is licensed in Audiology by the Texas State Board of
Examiners in Speech, Language Pathology and Audiology. She is authorized
and registered to fit and dispense hearing aids by Texas State Board of
Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. She has recently
been granted the ACE award from the American Speech, Language and Hearing
Association for outstanding attendance in continuing education.
Dr. Nemeroff is on staff at Bellaire Hospital, Sharpstown Hospital and
Spring Branch Hospital. Diagnostic Services of Houston/Houston Hearing
is a member of the Greater Southwest Houston Chamber of Commerce.
A key asset Dr. Nemeroff and her staff bring to their patients is a
genuine concern for their care and well being, as well as their ability
to help them obtain the best hearing possible, with use of their residual
hearing.
